Job Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain all fan coils, air handling units, cold rooms, freezers and refrigerated equipment
• Carry out planned maintenance programs and plumbing works
• Repairs all cold rooms, fan coils, freezers, refrigerators, salad refrigerators, ice makers, glass chillers, bottle coolers, ice cream cabinets, orange mixers and all related refrigeration systems, all water closet and sanitary fittings, including floor trap grating.
• Maintains and reports all equipment in Guest Rooms and Public areas are working satisfactorily and efficiently.
