Responsibilities:
- Proactively pursue opportunities for learning and assignments that align with the Development Plan.
- Make the most of the mentoring, feedback, training, and assignment opportunities offered.
- Build and grow a network of contacts within the property and the company.
- Ensure effective communication with the Department Head, Mentor, and Corporate Vice President.
- Meet deadlines for assigned projects.
- Submit all necessary reports in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, HR, or similar.
- Experience in a management role or similar.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license may be required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
