Responsibilities:

• Proactively pursue opportunities for learning and assignments that align with the Development Plan.
• Make the most of the mentoring, feedback, training, and assignment opportunities offered.
• Build and grow a network of contacts within the property and the company.
• Ensure effective communication with the Department Head, Mentor, and Corporate Vice President.
• Meet deadlines for assigned projects.
• Submit all necessary reports in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, HR, or similar.
• Experience in a management role or similar.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
