Description:
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wholesale NFR team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing healthy, robust governance frameworks across Wholesale Banking (WSB) in the interest of fair outcomes for customers and compliance with the needs of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Support implementation of Conduct risk, Sales Suitability, Outcome Testing and Quality programs including the periodic tracking and review of results
- Perform Product Governance accountabilities and support ongoing product governance initiatives (product launch/enhancement/demise, post implementation review, legacy products reviews, annual recertification of the Global Product Inventory etc.)
Requirements:
- Understanding of topics related to Product Governance and Conduct Framework preferably gained through experience in front line, risk roles, consultancy or audit.
- Sound knowledge of HSBC Group and the Commercial Banking / Global Banking business, including products, services, systems & processes.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment.
