1- Manager – Customer Experience
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE


  • Work with the Sr. Manager, Customer Experience (SMCX) on managing all aspects of the customer experience including planning, projects and events
  • To represent Customer Experience while liaising with other businesses and product groups on all initiatives
  • To ensure all aspects of control, rigour and governance are adhered to with regard to the existing CX processes
  • Maintain all records of Customers feedback and provide solutions to resolve customer issues

Job Responsibilities:

  • Direct Responsibility for assistance in the design, development, monitoring, performance evaluation & execution of the Bank customer platforms
  • Ensure that wide range of products available to support business
  • Facilitate the budgeting process for C & IB including rationalizing the input from the segments
  • Compliance: Oversight to ensure that processes comply with all compliance requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Commerce / Business studies / Arts / Psychology
  • 4+ years of experience in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design for digital experiences
  • UX design experience for data intensive and transaction-oriented applications
  • Strong knowledge of user centred design processes and principles
  • Domain expertise in the financial sector
