Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the digital learning strategy of the Emirates Group, in alignment with business requirements
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the digital learning road map that articulates the future direction and strategic focus of Learning & Talent
  • Manage proof of concept and learning technology pilots
  • Collaborate closely with Experience Enablement, Talent Optimisation, Organisational Effectiveness and Strategic Partnerships, in order to oversee and manage all research, development and implementation efforts of the Group?s Digital Learning Experience

Job Requirements:

  • Human Resources.Training : 10+ Years
  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
  • Minimum Bachelor’s level qualification in a related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent,
  • Masters level qualification would be an asset
