Description:
- Smart Services Roadmap: Plan and monitor the implementation of the management portfolio and recommend changes to portfolio priorities
- Innovation: Observing, identifying and benchmarking the latest technologies in the field of smart services effectively and evaluating their importance and value

- Service Agreements: Maintaining the department’s service manual and ensuring the provision of services in accordance with approved service level agreements .
- Diagnosing service delivery problems and taking measures to develop and improve service levels.
- Perform any other tasks and responsibilities related to the job and as assigned
- Risk Management: Carrying out risk assessment within the Smart Solutions Planning and Development Department, using appropriate processes to identify potential risk events, documenting their likelihood of occurrence and impact on the Authority, and coordinating countermeasures and contingency plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. computer science. software design. or Computer Engineering from a recognized university
- He cares about achievements and focuses on results. He has great planning and organizational skills. In addition to a high degree of accuracy and attention
- Focuses on goals. He is keen on creating a climate of productivity, and has sufficient confidence to motivate, prepare and train employees to achieve high standards of performance
