Description:

Manage all event and activation requests from A-Z within the set time frame and budgets given
Create new and exciting concepts that deviate from the competition and create engagement for the stakeholders involved
Create local and international event and activation calendar for the property related events to gain more exposure and client leads in new markets
Create effective and interactive activation pop ups / stands in key locations around UAE to drive awareness of Nakheel projects and obtain leads
Launch event for new projects in short time frames. Creating unique concepts
Assess new sponsorship and event proposals and be responsible for making recommendations as to whether they are appropriate for Nakheel based on criteria e.g. ROI, benefits, alignment with strategy.
Control of sponsorship and events budget, report expenditure to ensure it does not exceed the agreed amount.
Develop yearly sponsorship strategy for Nakheel
Prepare and manage the yearly calendar of events for all entities across the Nakheel business and identify opportunities for cross promotion and upselling.
Management of brand placement, visibility and awareness at events and across sponsorship relationships – ensuring that utilization of assets is as per the approved Nakheel brand guidelines.
Monitoring of contractual agreements to ensure that benefits are delivered and that fees paid are proportionate to benefits received.
