We are currently looking to hire an PXT leader who brings diverse skills to the team, while raising efficiency of the HR org and contributing towards strategic initiatives for the business

Job Responsibilities:

• Role is expected to drive synergies through coordinating with business and respective line HR leaders
• Ensures we are improving on our response SLAs, Customer Experience and HR Processes
• Drive MBRs to share insights across common areas and business specific areas
• Efficiencies and drive continuous improvements in various processes across the HRP operating model in MENA

Job Requirements:

• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
• Degree in Human Resources with about 5-7 years’ work experience,
• This role will require 25% travel to other location in MEA · Ability to analyze organization and individual needs and create the most cost-effective package to meet them · Proven ability to use initiative in carrying out tasks
