Work with business units to identify issues and Opportunities.
Work with business units to discuss and agree high level project outcomes, benefits and risks.
Brief Project Sponsor for Investment Committee and ensure quality of produced Investment Brief.
Work with Business Units to identify issues and opportunities that require potential brief development.
Develop and maintain a register of all issues & opportunities and the respective projects addressing these.
Prepare regular reports on issue resolution through the portfolio.
Identify projects for post implementation benefit reviews.
Work with CPMO to develop a combined review of project delivery practices and benefit realization for selected projects.
Prepare reports on benefit realization.
Work with the CPMO team to conduct assurance reviews throughout project delivery.
Prepare reports on project delivery maturity and make recommendations on areas of improvements.
Action Board and Investment Committee decisions within portfolio management system.
Support projects managers in having radar records up to date (BCs, CRs).
Conduct regular reviews of Radar content to ensure business case related content in Radar is up to date.
Master’s Degree Finance, Business Administration, Management
Experience in Clarity preferred but not mandatory
Experience in Financial Management, Data Management, Benefit Definition, Data Administration, Stakeholder Management, Project Management.
