1- Manager – Platform Development

Description:
To manage the development and commercialization of new digital platforms offering differentiated customer experience and data insights by working closely with internal stakeholders using agile development tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop outside in thinking from a customer perspective to implement open platforms for the bank.
- Create robust business impact analysis of platforms to justify the investments and justify returns.
- Construct a clear delivery roadmap with engagement of all stakeholders, track and escalate any potential roadblocks.
- Develop close working relationship with stakeholders especially in business and IT to identify new opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Passion and willingness to experiment, learn and question the status quo.
- Banking experience – 4/5 years
