To manage supply chain functions for supporting operations including procurement and pool contracts management to achieve set SLA for Technical’ s Operations in most cost-effective manner. To lead and guide a team to ensure all aspects of supply chain including purchase, sales and pool contracts control and to support lease return activities and adhoc projects.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Set and monitor controls for procuring the spares and invoice approvals are actioned timely in most cost-effective manner to support operations.
  • Assist in new contract creation and manage contract administration by timely amendment, renewal of contracts, contract approval forms and creating contract summaries for the ongoing contracts
  • To review and endorse the most optimum spares procurement option to support new fleet induction and the lease return requirements for exiting fleet.
  • To prepare annual budgeted spend and ensure timely budget utilization along with spend monitoring.
  • Engage with vendors and build a strong relationship based on regular meetings and review of SLA for all Supply Chain activities.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification or experience (min. 5 years) and preferrably 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience & tracked record in Supply Chain Operations management, Purchase and Sales management and Pool and Spares contract negotiation and control.
  • Expert level knowledge of technical manuals like IPC, ITM and MPD and familiar with OEM support contracts like SSC and PSAA along with lease return requirements.
  • An organised individual with strong project management skills who can prioritise tasks and take initiative to ensure delivery of the task.
