Job Responsibilities:
a- Play active role in supporting the design of market competitive total rewards programs, policies and processes
b- Supporting the Reward team with the development and implementation of any new systems or processes that need to be implemented
c- Rewards Partner to the business: Serve as key expert and key point of contact for all total rewards matters for assigned countries /function

Job Requirements:
a- Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Consulting
b- Strong collaboration and business partnering capabilities combined with demonstrated ability to influence with a data-driven approach.
c- Strong attention to detail and must be able to collect and work with various data sources for Rewards related projects.
