Job Responsibilities:
– Supports in creating the events and sponsorships calendar for Cigna MEA.
– Assists team in planning and execution of business events, this includes event coordination, venue booking, all logistics, and post event follow up and analysis
– Supports in sponsorship planning and identifying opportunities that align with the company’s sponsorship strategy.
– Handles sponsorship activations E2E including branding, exhibition setup, on-ground execution.
– Prepare post event reports and analysis.
– Contributes to the development and execution of B2B partner engagement plan to achieve business goals
– Coordinate the development and printing of BTL marketing material.
– Monitors event budget and tracks planning status using necessary tools.
– Works and negotiate with external vendors/suppliers
.- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and/or event management
– University or college degree
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel or MS Project
