Responsibilities

• Copywriting for marketing collateral and liaising with creative team
• Build and brief social and digital content, closely working with the videographer
• Manage content of social media pages
• Manage the use of property portals and provide analysis
• Execute quarterly marketing plans for each brokerage team and taking part in developing quarterly strategies
• Manage, coordinate and align with internal stakeholders (sales, design, etc..) and external companies to execute the marketing plan
• Owning marketing activities calendar and keeping track of projects and ensuring timely delivery of tactical and brand campaigns in alignment with partners
