The dedicated Sales & Marketing Manager will be focusing on generating sales (in Dubai), developing and creating brand awareness for an international hospitality brand (in GCC/U.K)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain fresh website contents, innovative online marketing promotions, advertising, PR, menus, brochures, flyers, posters, promotional materials and miscellaneous collateral.
  • Develop new businesses and partnerships by engagement with local event/tourist/corporate communities .
  • Assist in creative designing to develop and create seasonal activity guides.
  • Develop and manage the marketing campaigns (online/offline) with assistance from agencies.
  • Maintain the execution of brand programs in multiple locations
  • Work with set of marketing tools and platforms to promote the brand and generate leads/footfall.
  • Maintaining flexible (weekend)work schedule for coverage during press visits, video shoots, photo shoots, special events etc.
  • Review/Edit PR materials for accuracy.
  • Develop and execute all marketing campaigns, promotions, special events from start to finish
  • Develop more leads and execute CRM/Database management
  • Travel across GCC/Europe once in a while to visit other centers if required by the management
  • Commercial awareness and evidence of implementing innovative ideas
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Customer focused and adherence to deadlines
  • Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
  • Oversee the designs, manage all published content (images, video and written).
  • Research organizations and individuals to identify new leads.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with existing partners by following up with them and identify AOI.
  • Setting up periodic meetings with potential partners.
  • Partner with entities to nurture and mange new business leads, with the help of CRM.
  • Present monthly update regarding existing and potential partners.


  • Must have proven experience in U.A.E (Sales and Marketing)
  • Hospitality/Upscale-dining Restaurant sector experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Demonstrable track record of developing and implementing strategies to boost revenue/business.
  • Adept with Marketing techniques
  • Exceptional consulting and research skills.
  • Passion to remain knowledgeable about changing trends in Dubai’s hospitality sector.
  • Must be a Hindi speaker for business reasons.
