Urban Signature Real Estate is looking for a Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate should be from Real Estate Background and present in UAE. You will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategies. You will lead our digital marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Generating new business leads.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
• A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• At least two years’ experience as a marketing manager.
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.
