Job Requirements:
- University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or other Business-related field.
- At least 3-5 years of Marketing experience (Experience in marketing preferably in Middle East Africa & CIS countries will be an advantage).
Job Responsibilities:
- Support in managing and executing marketing campaigns & activations including TV Commercials, Radio, Out of Home media, Print Ads, Press releases, Influencer activations etc.
- Executing marketing initiatives that includes Campaigns, Sponsorships, Tie-ups, CSR programs
- Manage the development of all marketing collaterals aligned with brand positioning and strategy.
- Accurately forecast banded gifts and any other special packs for all regions.
- Work with suppliers/vendors/agencies to finalize the most suitable channels to fit available budget and maximize campaign objectives in consultation with Senior Manager.
- Leveraging the defined key messages and selected channels, work internally alongside creative team to design innovative marketing and communication visuals.
- Initiate approved campaign/advertising plan and manage associates PoS and budgetary requirements.
- Monitor marketing trends as well as keep an eye on competitive companies in the marketplace so we can stay ahead of competition
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of budgets, specific to business campaigns
- Taking ownership of regular communications to clients
- Adhere to brand guidelines for use in all communications.
