Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the marketing and sponsorship teams to plan marketing campaigns to meet strategic objectives for exhibitions and sponsors
- Delivers on strategic KPIs by driving online traffic and ability to present these ongoing results in a regular update
- Manage campaign optimization (keywords, micro-sites, long-tail optimization, geo-located/industry targeted ad campaigns etc)
- Develop in-depth knowledge of target audience and campaign objectives
- Setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns independently
- Run A/B testing in digital campaigns to optimize for better performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Collaborate with designers to improve ad user experience
- Launch and monitor dynamic search campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance by producing relevant and timely reports in Adobe and Google Analytics
- Continuously monitor daily/weekly reporting of KPIs, including campaign performance
- Setup goals through GTM, DTM and other third party applications
- Setup conversions in Google ads, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn and other services we use
- Recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights
- Setup heatmaps on the website and provide insights to the marketing team

- Proven experience of hitting digital channel KPIs
- Experience in both managing and creating PPC campaigns with a key focus on achieving ROI

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office including Excel
- Formal business/marketing higher education qualification
