Bachelors/Masters from HEC recognized university

Overall 5-6 yearsโ experience with at least 1 year in managerial role

โ To Maintain the Fixed Assets of the Bank.
โ Handle Complete Process of Additions, Disposal/Retirements & Transfer/Relocations in System.
โ Maintenance of MIS of projects and balances parked in CWIP & Advances & Capitalization of completed projects.
โ Physical Verification and Tagging of Assets
โ Maintenance of all Types of MIS covering above aspects and Reconciliation with GL
โ Responding to queries raised by branches/offices
โ Preparation of Notes to Financial on Quarterly Basis
โ Preparation of Bank wide CAPEX Budget and Maintenance of Actual Vs Budgeted activity.
โ Handle Complete Process of FA Depreciation, Allocation and Reconciliation with GL.
โ Variance Analysis of CAPEX and Depreciation on Monthly Basis and Preparation of Reasons for Variance.
โ Preparation of Audit Data and coordination with External & Internal Audit
โ To Maintain the General Ledger of the Bank.
โ Handle End to End Process of Maintenance of Daily Bank Trial Balance & Reconciliation with Submodules
โ Recording of Payable & Manual Entries Received from Different Group in OGL
โ Extraction and Preparation of Daily Average Trial after posting of all entries in submodule and sharing with relevant stakeholders
โ Review of Daily Trial to check awkward movement in GLs & GLs with adverse balances.
โ Reporting of adverse balances GLs with relevant stakeholder and coordinate for resolution of the same.
