You will be responsible to lead and manage assigned maintenance of the property in adherence to engineering and facilities maintenance procedures.
This will include but not limited to: Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Kitchen, Painting, Carpentry, Audio and Visual systems, Fire Life Safety Systems, Recreational Water Systems, Hotel Rooms and Public Areas, Exterior Resort Features.
You will be assigned to a specific sub department but may be required to perform in multiple areas.

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree / diploma in mechanical engineering or any related field with a minimum of 5+ years within the facilities industry as a Facilities Engineer / Manager.
Proven track record of working with operators, vendors, and contractors, ensure Local Compliance is upheld, particularly, DEWA, DM, DCD and other local authorities’ guidelines and current practice.
Fully conversant with the Property Programs, ‘Targets and PPM Systems’ for the Effective Maintenance, and Management of MEP, Civil and Operational Systems.
