Seeking a skilled and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Trainer to join our training team. The MEP Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our technical staff, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in MEP systems and construction practices, along with proven experience in training delivery and facilitation.

  • Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum for MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
  • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to technical staff on MEP systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure trainee comprehension and proficiency in MEP systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in MEP systems to ensure training materials and content are current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in MEP systems design, installation, or maintenance.
  • Proven experience in delivering training programs or workshops, preferably in a technical field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute training activities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
