The Merchandising Manager supports the Chloé retail network under his/her responsibility in all categories across boutiques in the Middle East, ensuring effective sourcing, analysis, buying and accessibility of products in line with the relative market requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
a- Conduct the Buying for the Middle East – all categories
b- Select the product offer on each category and boutique in connection with OTB and guidelines
c- Analyze and monitor store performance via management tools
d- Work on the mark-down and pricing strategies with the Retail Manager and Fashion Director

Job Requirements:
a- Minimum 7 years experience in retail merchandising within a luxury fashion house
b- Strong business acumen, ability to anticipate market needs, possesses knowledge of sales objectives to help maximize conversion and cross-selling
c- Attention to details, ability to enforce deadlines and be able to multi-task through strong organizational and time management skills
