Responsibilities

- Assist end-users and stakeholders in understanding the CRM system’s features, functionalities, and best practices.

Requirement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and configuration.
- Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Familiarity with SQL databases and data migration techniques.
- Certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration

- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
