Description:

As Supervisor Minibar, you will be responsible for supervising the colleagues assigned to the shift, train and motivate staff to ensure the highest standard of service and presentation. You will assist in the organization, management and administration and all operational aspects for the Minibar department, by maintaining high quality products and service levels. It will be expected of you to maintain costs and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

Job Requirements:

Ideally, we would love if you have a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management and previous experience in a similar position in a 5-star hotel. You need to be computer literate with strong customer focus, administrative abilities and leadership skills.
