Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all new hires joining the company.
- Ensure all pre-employment criteria are met prior to employee mobilizing.
- Ensure all relevant mobilization documents are valid & received prior to employee mobilization.
- Enter, update & manage online or manual employee database trackers, mobilization status tracker, visa trackers, mob / demob list, contact details list, Master roster etc.
