We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mortgage Sales Manager to manage our team of Mortgage Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mortgage sales and a strong ability to manage and motivate the team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, lead, mentor, and manage a team of Mortgage Consultants to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase mortgage origination and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
- Ensure the team’s compliance with all applicable mortgage lending regulations and company policies.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain loan file integrity and accuracy.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in mortgage sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership and management experience in a mortgage lending environment.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Thorough knowledge of mortgage industry regulations, guidelines and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
