Job Description

The role of the Multimedia Designer in the Consultancy practice is to elevate deliveries. Core requirements of this role include presentations, data visualization, and creating visual stories with static or animated videos. The talent is expected to collaborate with Publicis Groupe clients and help them address business objectives and priorities while closely working with the Data Sciences, Commerce, Content, Performance Marketing, and Media solutions teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the client and production team members to understand the needs, review scripts, design storyboards, and create and edit animations
  • Using the software, artistic and other techniques to produce creative animation and tell a story or provide information in visual form
  • Presenting the final workpiece to the client
  • Researching industry trends and developments and learning new applications
  • Conceptualizing ideas for characters, scenes, backgrounds, and other animation/editing elements
  • Designing backgrounds, sets, and other elements of the animated environment
  • Build and develop relationships with client business leads and their teams ensuring the overall Publicis Media proposition is being delivered
  • Collaborating with other practices to drive new or expanded business development
  • Understanding the offering of all the practices in the Publicis Groupe
  • Promoting and identifying opportunities withing the Groupe and clients

  • Experience in computer animation/Video editing, fine arts, graphic design, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and computer skills
  • Understanding of animation and editing, storytelling, and character development techniques
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback and direction
  • Good creativity and graphic design skills
  • Proficiency in the use of design, animation, and video editing software like Adobe Premier or final cut pro– Adobe After Effect – Adobe illustrator, or any 3D software like Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4d
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, Familiarity with UI/UX work is a plus
  • Must demonstrate collaborative team-building skills, as will be required to work external and internal resources into new marketing effectiveness territories
