As an Night Assistant Manager-Resort, you will be responsible for assisting the Manager, Front Office and Resort Manager in managing the night operations. Through communication and interpersonal skills, the Assistant Manager will lead the team to provide a high service standard and everlasting memories to our customers.

Job Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must be confident to deal with peers and senior colleagues in a large size resort and have experience running a night operation.
• Assistant Manager must be able to give and receive constructive feedback from team members.
