You’ll play a key role in keeping our clients happy, supporting different departments with claims questions, and keeping the COO in the loop. -Handle all non-motor general insurance claims, including but not limited to property, casualty, business interruption, marine, financial lines, and other general insurance claims.

-Coordinate with clients to assist in registering and preparing necessary documents for claims. Evaluate coverage and offer guidance on claims and risk management.

-Negotiate with loss adjusters and insurers to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

-Track and monitor claims, ensuring timely follow-ups with all parties involved.

-Report regularly to the COO on the status of ongoing, settled, and outstanding claims.

-Assist Business Development teams with claims-related queries and provide advice to customers.

-Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to create content related to claims and risk management.

-2-3 years of experience in handling Property and Casualty Claims with a reputed Broking Firm.

-Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with external partners effectively.

-Proficient with IT systems, detail-oriented, and capable of providing accurate quotations to clients.

-Ability to learn quickly and multi-task across different systems, portals, and applications used in the pre-sales process.

-Confident in providing prompt and consistent administrative and back-office support, including quotations, inquiries, follow-ups, and policy issuance.

-Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize workload while adhering to tight deadlines.

-Positive, energetic, and eager to learn and take on new tasks.
