Description:

To lead and manage nursing and allied health services and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement and maintenance of quality care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership to the team
• Actively drive, ensure compliance to and support a culture of quality care
• Develop, implement and monitor the nursing strategic plan to ensure that clinical and operational goals are met
• Actively manage and facilitate patient safety and other risk processes and practices

Job Requirements:

• Essential: Licensed or eligible for licensing as a registered nurse with the relevant Healthcare Authority in the UAE
• Desired: Master’s Degree in Nursing or other related field e.g. Healthcare Management
• Analysing and interpreting data related to quality improvement in clinical care and the overall functioning of the facility
• Application of financial controls within the clinical function of the hospital, including compiling and monitoring a budget and managing expenses
