· Carry out routine checks to ensure the office space is maintained in good condition at all times.
· Make note of any maintenance required and report to the Receptionist to action further.
· Ensure that the pantry is maintained clean at all times and monitor and stock up all inventories, ensuring minimum wastage.

Responsibilities
· Prepare tea/coffee/ beverages for employees, guest and visitors as required.
· Organise and control stationary supplies and office material storage, keeping track of material and consumption and report the usage to the Receptionist.
· Responsible to cover the reception desk in absence of the Receptionist; answer telephone calls, take messages, book meeting rooms and pass handover to the respective employee for further action.
· Carry out routine checks to ensure printers are functional, equipped with cartridges In case of any concerns,, report to the Receptionist or IT as appropriate
· Attend to calls and provide office assistance to employees, as required.
· Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, laminating and binding as per employees’ requirement.

Requirement
· Distribute / deliver mails, correspondence, documents as directed by the Receptionist and other employees.
· Support MD’s office for administrative assistance, if required and maintain confidentiality and discretion.
· Greet and maintain polite communication with employees and visitors at all times.
· Distribute daily newspapers and place them at the designated areas.
· Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are maintained clean and tidy at all times.
· As a safety champion, meet the employees and visitors at designated meeting points during evacuation and ensure that all people are accounted for as per the Emergency Headcount List and visitor book.
