
CABINET DESIGNERS
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Customer Service (on average 30% of your time)
- Answer phone and take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
- Respond to emails or redirect emails to appropriate colleagues
- Respond to social media inquiries or redirect them to appropriate colleagues
- Greet and assist clients and other visitors when they arrive at the showroom
- Scheduling and Coordination (on average 20% of your time)
- Coordinate and schedule jobsite appointments with clients, stone fabricators, and other subcontractors
- Coordinate and schedule project material deliveries to job sites
- Maintain and keep project management systems up to date
- Data Entry (on average 30% of your time)
- Enter business expenses and ensure they are categorized correctly
- Review vendor invoice statements and reconcile discrepancies
- Enter all labor and material costs to specific design projects
- Enter and maintain client and vendor contact information within the CRM system
- Marketing (on average 10% of your time)
- Assist in keeping our social media presence updated and current
- Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
- Create engaging text, image, and video content
- Inventory Management (on average 10% of your time)
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and restock when necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing, and active listening
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Prior experience using Microsoft Excel / Google sheet
- High school diploma; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus
