As office manager, you will join a committed human resources team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ colleague experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support in the office / site office
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • To manage all commercial and technical documents for the project/s
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist the executive team in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Computer skills with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • The ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
  • A dedication towards improving customer delight, as well as company profitability
