Description
The Smile group consultancy need a Secretary who have to help to keep an organization tasks and functions.
Responsibilities
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
- Typing, preparing and collating reports.
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing databases.
- Prioritizing workloads
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a tele caller or any similar role.
· Knowledge of computer programs and Proficiency in MS Office.
- Efficient with English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Having done B. Sc/BA will be an advantage.
· Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
· High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
