Description:

The Officer – Inventory Management is responsible for keeping track of inventory records, making sure that it is accurate, developing reports and issuing them to the relevant stakeholders. He/she is also responsible for conducting inspections to ensure that optimum levels of inventory are maintained and that inventories are in line with quality standards. He/she will also coordinate with campuses to maintain a central database of all inventory across HCT and its campuses.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Accounting, Materials and Logistics Management, etc.
  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.
