Onboarding Specialist

Description:

• ead and run regular onboarding days for groups of employees providing them with a unique and engaging induction to the company
• Send out welcome letters and ‘what to expect’ FAQs
• Assign buddies to new joiners
• Organise induction journey with regular touch points through their first few months
• Work with senior leaders on creating content to use for onboarding events and inductions
• Design innovative tools and processes for the onboarding journey
• Must have strong English communication skills, be able to deliver engaging and informative onboarding and induction days to large groups of people
• Proven experience in designing innovative strategies, entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in onboarding procedures in necessary, some event management would be nice to have
