- ead and run regular onboarding days for groups of employees providing them with a unique and engaging induction to the company
- Send out welcome letters and ‘what to expect’ FAQs
- Assign buddies to new joiners
- Organise induction journey with regular touch points through their first few months
- Work with senior leaders on creating content to use for onboarding events and inductions
- Design innovative tools and processes for the onboarding journey
- Must have strong English communication skills, be able to deliver engaging and informative onboarding and induction days to large groups of people
- Proven experience in designing innovative strategies, entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in onboarding procedures in necessary, some event management would be nice to have
