1- Operations Executive
A- Monitor Close out of IHT’s logged by the team.
B- Proceed with CAPA reports (root cause analysis) whenever required.
C- Respond to any customer inquiry within 24hrs.
D- Ensure billing is done correctly and in timely manner.
E- Plan export AIR and SEA shipments and consoles to Iraq with HUB Team and carry out all operational activities including transport, documents and loading plan.
F- Contact local BGC vendors for transfers/collections of cargo and move to HUB.
A- A Bachelor’s degree.
B- Minimum of 4 year’s experience of working in customer service role in freight forwarding industry.
C- Good communication, influencing and organization skills.
D- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally within a timely manner.
E- Experience in AIR and SEA transport.
F- Experience of handling break bulk shipments movements within Port and local movements.
