As Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Shimmers Restaurant within the F&B department including the selection, development, and performance management of colleagues, optimizing profits and increasing sales. To manage scheduled shifts ensuring guest satisfaction and all operational issues ensuring JI & MJs Standard Operation Procedures are met and value is added to the F&B objectives as detailed in the F&B Department Performance Plan.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse profit and loss on a monthly basis including menu analysis.
• Implement strategies to achieve desired financial performance.
• Communicate outlet financial objectives to the line staff on a daily basis – in terms they will understand.
• Study guest consumption and requests to provide accurate trend data.
• Gain appropriate approval and order equipment and other items for the outlet operation that are required to meet the needs of the customer.

Requirements:

• Hotel or Hospitality Degree (Essential)
• Advanced English – spoken and written (Essential)
• 3-4 years Food and Beverage Experience needed in a premium Fine Dining Establishment in a 5–star Hotel on a Management level (Essential)
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office (Essential)
• Interpersonal People skills (Essential)
