Description:

Working closely with other functions as part of a cross-functional team, the AMETBSPAN Packaging Manager will lead on innovation, renovation, and cost savings projects, developing consumer and customer preferred packaging designs. The job holder can be a Technical Project Leader, responsible for the delivery of all the R&D programme on a project. This position will interface with Brand Development, eCommerce team, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product development, Processing, CTI, CMI, and Packaging Suppliers, to drive consumer focused, innovative, and optimized packaging solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Packaging point of contact for AMETBSPAN region
• Influencing and partnering key stakeholders to support double digit growth
• Align with the Global & Regional Leadership Team regarding all critical activities particularly related to strategies and implementation of them
• Business partner to regional R&D Director for AMETBSPAN business

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in packaging related role
• Able to work effectively in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams
• Flexibility in work style to be able to manage several projects simultaneously
• Understand risks and manage & mitigate those as appropriate
