• Employer Brand and Experience – working with our external design studio in cultivating our brand that showcases our culture and innovation, along with championing our ESG initiatives.
• Employee Engagement – Putting in place and executing the right processes, solutions, policies and expectations across the company to support high performance including development and supervision of our trainee program.
• Employee Relations – Developing, drafting and implementing the standards, procedures and policies that solidify the foundations of our modern-day work environment.
