Job: Full Time
Location: Al Ain, UAE

Description:

To provide daily administrative and operational support to the Pharmacy to enable effective service delivery to internal and external clients

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily general administrative services to the Pharmacy
• Ensure effective inventory support is provided according to standard company policy
• Effective collaboration with and support to the insurance teams to ensure accurate claims are generated
• Support and provide administrative assistance to the quality assurance, infection control and health and safety teams and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements

Job Requirements:

• A Grade 12 certificate
• At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative position within a Pharmacy
• Basic medical terminology
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
