Position: PharmSci Quality Assurance Global Quality Integration Lead
As a Senior Manager, you will be setting the objectives for multiple projects within PharmSci Quality. You shall be relied on to manage operational activities that support the goals of the division and sets direction for its success.

Responsibilities:

• Set objectives for and manage multiple projects/ ongoing work activities within PharmSci QA
• ​Create and manage Quality Integration Plans (QIP) for all programs
• Identify quality continuous improvement efforts to streamline compliance and build in efficiencies.

Requirements:

• BS in a related field
• Strong leadership skills in managing high performing teams in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of GMPs, compliance issues, inspectional trends
