We are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager who can be the bridge between product and sales. This person should be able to meet with and understand the client’s loyalty and rewards objectives and liaise with the product team to design the optimal solution, being able to then convey the concept back to the client in a straightforward manner, leaving all parties with a clear understanding of the proposal.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying the sales team to client meetings to listen to their requirements
  • Working internally to find the best solution with the product team
  • Partnering with the sales team to create proposals that can be presented back
  • Demonstrating how the solution achieves the client’s objectives and explaining the technical aspects to the client
  • Following up with the product and technical teams to ensure client queries are resolved successfully
  • Analysing potential new solutions to determine how they would fit into the ENTERTAINER portfolio
  • Being the internal expert on all our solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
  • Strong Commercial awareness – always remembering that we want to achieve a win-win partnership and build solutions that add real value
  • Technical understanding – how software is developed and the systems in use by both the ENTERTAINER and the client, as well as a wider view of trends in the loyalty and rewards space
  • Detail oriented – ability to ensure that nothing is missed
  • Stakeholder Management – manage your relationship with both internal and external players, to get the best and most-efficient outcome
