Description:

The Procurement Officer is responsible for finding and evaluating suppliers, products and services, negotiating contracts and acquiring the most cost-efficient deals without compromising on quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide efficiencies and reduce expenses through strategic procurement sourcing and supplier management.
• Support accountable contract custodians in the negotiations of the terms and conditions of their contracts.
• Development of master vendor agreements in accordance with the legal department and the principles defined by the Head of Procurement.
• Decline the implement best practice contract management tools and guidelines, following the procurement roadmap elaborated by the Head of Procurement.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years, work experience in high volume procurement department including contract administration and contract writing.
• Ideally hold Bachelor’s Degree .
