Your key requirements in this role:
- Building and maintain a fluent relationship with internal customers, understanding their needs and working together to identify operating issues
- Performing comprehensive accuracy and compliance checks of Purchase Requisitions (PR)s
- Ensuring PRs are complete and accurate before conversion to Purchase Orders (PO) and release purchase orders (PO) within agreed timeline
- Logging-in and follow-up PRs that could not be converted to POs and released within agreed timeline
- Leading catch ups and prepare relevant reports to be shared with internal customers
- Leading timely identification and resolution of PO approval related matters
- Pointing of contact for internal customers with regards to transactional related queries
- Contributing to testing of process improvement opportunities
- Coordinating Vendor Master Data process
Qualifications/ Experience required:
- Previous procurement operations experience will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools
- Attention to details & problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Fluent English both written and spoken
