As a Product Designer at Qashio, you will contribute to the high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the Product and Executive teams, prioritize product features, and design beautiful, simple, innovative, and intuitive experiences and flows. Your role will also involve multiple cross-functional responsibilities and you will closely collaborate with the Tech and Commercial teams and take into consideration their internal input as well as feedback from external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting user research, gathering feedback through various prototyping forms and implementing features with engineers
• Working directly with engineers on implementing features
• Acting on feedback from in-person and online user tests and metrics and data
• Supporting the team in creative processes such as brainstorming, design sprints, and user interviews to develop unique and usable products with a customer-centric mindset
• Maintaining high knowledge on the material UI, human interface guidelines and other design systems
• Helping develop design concepts, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for products and websites
• Creating various assets including mobile apps, websites, landing pages, advertisements, social media posts, emails and newsletters

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer
• Strong user experience, user interface, and visual design skills
• Passion for interaction design and ability to prototype interactive experiences
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to argue design biases
• Mastery of Figma and good knowledge of prototyping tools
• A portfolio of previous designs that demonstrate good visual/graphic design skills, including typography, color, layouts, grids, etc.
