Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of project managers. Setup team KPIs and deliver as per the SLAs.
• Experience in delivering projects in both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies. The senior PM should be able to adapt both methodologies and sometimes deliver in a hybrid model depending on the situation
• Have experience with PMO processes and able to manage project adhering to the PMO process
• Lead system and application programs and projects delivery concentrating on organization wide deliveries.

Job Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of managing projects and taking leadership responsibilities in both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
• 3 years of managing teams • Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field
• Certified in Project Management (PMP or Prince) • Preferred to be a scrum master or carries an agile certificate.
