Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize the employee experience as a product, gather feedback and contribute to building an amazing employee culture.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, product insights and business partners.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
• Define metrics and KPI’s we will use to measure the success the features your team builds
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with building logistics products
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in building and shipping products together with teams of engineers, designers, analysts, resulting in a significant business impact
• Computer science, engineering, or technical background and care deeply about user experience.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, analytical, inquisitive, and visualize the big picture
• Worked with the development team in Agile methodologies
