- Enter, maintain and update menus accurately as applicable.
- Assist in coordination between Menu Development and Costing / Pricing Teams with relevant information on a timely basis.
- Maintenance of all Flight Catering Solution and Product masters inculcating data value changes and ancillary information.
- Follow up, assist and co-ordinate with Sous Chef Menu Development on Master Data Issues.
- Diploma in Hotel / Catering Management or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of airline recipes and meal requirements.
- Demonstrated experience working in an ERP system environment.
