Responsibilities:

• Assist Proofer Loader in retrieving racks from boiler area
• Visual monitoring of board cleanliness during operation – segregate dirty ones
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout shift
• Work in conjunction with divider operator regarding variety changes
• Making sure corn meal is filled in sifter
• Inform Leadhand of all mechanical issues
• Assist co-workers where needed and perform all other duties assigned by Supervisor or Leadhand
• Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality and quality
• Perform all other duties assigned

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process
• Effective communicator, punctual and team player
• Must be focused and have attention to detail
• Must have excellent attendance and work habits
• GMP and safety awareness
